Crozier, Joe
Date of Birth: 1929-02-19Born in Winnipeg, this defenceman played junior with the Brandon Wheat Kings where he was a Second Team All-Star in 1948 and a First Team All- Star in 1949. Brandon lost the 1949 Memorial Cup final to the Montreal Royals in the only eight game final ever played. He played over 700 pro games in the PCHL, USHL, QSHL, QHL, AHL, WHL and NHL. He coached the Vancouver Canucks to the WHL championship in 1969. Joe Crozier also coached the Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs in the NHL and the Calgary Cowboys and Vancouver Blazers in the WHA.
