Born in Winnipeg, this left winger played with the Winnipegs when they won 1931 Allan Cup. He scored the winning goal as the Winnipegs won the 1932 Olympic championship at Lake Placid, New York. In 1932 he was the MSHL scoring champion. In 1935 Romeo Rivers played for the World champion Winnipeg Monarchs at Davos, Switzerland.
