Daley, Joe

Born in Winnipeg. In four NHL seasons with Pittsburgh Penguins, Buffalo Sabres and Detroit Red Wings, this goaltender played 105 games, 3.35 GAA and three shut outs. In the seven seasons the WHA existed, he was with the Winnipeg Jets from their opening game to their final Avco Cup. He played 308 games, 3.37 GAA and recorded 12 shut outs. In 1976, Joe Daley was a First Team All-Star and won 3 Avco Cups in 1976, 1978 and 1979.
