Mazur, Eddie (Spider)

Born in Winnipeg, this left winger won Provincial titles through out his minor hockey career, and won juvenile and junior titles with the Winnipeg Monarchs. He played with the 1953 Stanley Cup champion Montreal Canadiens. Ed Mazur won other championships, in 1951 with Victoria (PCHL) and in 1956 with Winnipeg (WHL). "Spider" played 1086 pro games, scored 391 goals, 461 assists 852 points. He was a tireless hockey volunteer for many years.
