Born in Carberry. In a span of 30 years, this good Doctor faithfully attended games in the Olympic Rink, Amphitheatre and Winnipeg Arena. No one knows exactly how many injured players he treated and never once did he bill a player or a team for his services. Dr. Jack Waugh was a marvellous friend to hockey.
