Born in Packingham, Ontario, Clark Simpson served hockey in Manitoba for a half century and was one of the founders of Lord Roberts Community Club and its' first President. He served Winnipeg minor hockey in various capacities. Clark Simpson was also a scout for the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs for 25 years.
