Nominations for induction into the Hall of Fame are welcomed from the public. Categories for nomination are Player, Builder, Official, Media, Team and Dynasty/Programs. Individuals and teams nominated must have a connection to the province of Manitoba. A nomination form with guidelines for nomination is available for downloading.

The signed and completed nomination form must be received at; MB Hockey Hall of Fame Selection Committee 200-1215 Henderson Hwy R2G 1L8 by 12:00 Midnight, December 20, 2018.
