Born in Winnipeg, this defenceman played three years of junior hockey from 1969 to 1971 in the WCJHL with Winnipeg Jets. He was drafted in 1971, 48th overall, by the Los Angeles Kings. He played 502 NHL games with the Los Angeles Kings and St. Louis Blues and recorded 16 goals and 76 assists for a total of 92 points. Neil Komadoski also played in the AHL with Springfield and finished his playing career in the CHL with Salt Lake and Oklahoma.
